His journey began with transformative go-to-market roles at some of the hottest retail tech startups, including RetailNext, Nomi (acquired by Axper for $30M), and Swarm (acquired by Groupon for $45M). At Groupon, TJ took charge of the Merchant Operating Group, where he helped craft the Enterprise blueprint that fueled the company’s expansion in collaboration with the M&A team.

Driven by a passion for real estate and innovation, TJ joined Xome, a game-changing pre-IPO startup valued at $1B, revolutionizing real estate transactions through cutting-edge web and mobile platforms. But his big spotlight came at Matterport. As VP of the Americas, TJ was instrumental in Matterport’s blockbuster $2.3B IPO in 2021, driving strategic growth and positioning the company as a market leader in 3D property mapping.

With an MBA from Babson’s prestigious Olin School of Business and a degree from The University of Richmond, TJ combines sharp business acumen with hands-on leadership.
